Today’s tabi (that I just made) and new zori.
Epic tabi!!! And anyone who can make tabi makes me very jealous! :D
Finally got around to taking a photo of the drawing I finished a while back. I combined two photos to create a kimono portrait of my closest kimono friends in the UK.
Materials: Copic Markers and white ink.

Pop Quiz: Which National Flag is worn more to be trendy and fashionable? The American Flag or The UK Flag?
In Japan, I’m going to go with British, then again, with Lana Del Rey on the scene, who knows! Anyway, we’ve all seen the Union Jack Obi, but have you seen the Union Jack Obi… with adorable cats!? [Basically, everyone knows adding cats to anything, instantly makes it 100 times more awesome…] Oh and lets throw in some dart boards because who doesn’t love darts?
Darts + Cats = United Kingdom? I’ve seen crazier logic.
This would be a pretty cute, versatile obi. I would wear it.

I am still thinking of buying a couple of these, wish the were wider though.
As creepy as it may be for the owner when cats come home with dead animals/insects, you cannot get mad at them. In fact, praise them, tell them thank you. Because when a cat kills an animal for you, it means they love you, and are eternally grateful for the life you’ve given them. It’s the most honorable thing you could possibly receive from your kitty.
Actually, that’s a common misconception. Cats kill animals and bring them to you because they think you’re a shitty hunter and they don’t want you to starve.
So it’s kind of love, but it’s mostly because you suck at catching food
I’m pretty sure “I don’t want you to starve” is the maximum level of love cats are able to give.
But my sisters cat brings home a kill, puts it in her food bowl then demands a swap for cat food…..
Oh heck yeah!!!!
